Project — Serve with Yoga

Last month, we had the joy of celebrating one year of the project "Serving with Yoga", an initiative born from the union between the practice of Integral Yoga, inspired by the teachings of Sri Aurobindo, and the genuine wish to be of service to others.

Serving with Yoga" is more than a class — it is a lived experience. A gathering where we teach the practice of yoga in a way that is accessible, deep and transformative. Each participant makes a voluntary financial contribution, and the entire amount raised is fully directed to small social projects that work with seriousness and affection in vulnerable communities.

These projects, often invisible to the eyes of the mainstream media, carry out essential work: they feed, educate, welcome and offer real opportunities to those most in need. With each donation, we help to multiply this impact — a yoga class becomes food, school materials, care and hope.

Celebrating one year of this project was deeply moving. Throughout these months, we have witnessed the power of practice united with generosity. People who arrive seeking to care for themselves, and leave with hearts expanded by knowing that they are also caring for others.

We continue with the certainty that service is one of the highest paths of spiritual practice, and that yoga, when practised with awareness, naturally leads us to the gesture of giving.

May many more years of practice and service come.
With gratitude to all those who have already taken part and to those who are yet to come,

With love, Barbara and Magda
