A deep dive into Bali with the Purna School â Institute of Integral Yoga and Human Development.
Guided by my teacher Renan Leme, we lived an intense and transformative immersion on Balinese soil. Those were days of study, practice and connection, with a group of 15 friends who shared listening, silence, laughter and healing.
Between sacred landscapes and the wisdom of Integral Yoga, we were reminded of what is essential: presence, truth and humanity.
Gratitude for every step, for every teaching â and for this circle of women that made it all even more powerful.
