Once again in Bali, amidst the natural beauty of Uluwatu and the spiritual vibration of Ubud, I lived another immersion with the Purna school – Integral Yoga and Human Development, the path on which I trained and to which I always return with reverence. Those were days of living silence, of true listening and of immersion in the teaching of Sri Aurobindo, who always invites us to integrate body, mind, life and soul as the expression of a single ascending Consciousness.

Being beside my teacher Renan Leme and companions on the journey who share the same yearning for truth is to nourish the flame of a deep calling — that of transforming life into a yoga. It is a privilege and an honour to serve this living lineage that does not seek merely to teach, but to awaken.
