We practise and teach Yoga in an Integral way, that is, Yoga beyond the postures.
Yoga is like a sacred and eternal path of refinement of the soul.
It leads us to the perception that we are an instrument for the manifestation of Divine Consciousness on Earth, a vehicle for the creation of a more just, harmonious and fraternal collective well-being.
-
We practise Hatha Yoga based on Integral Yoga as developed by Sri Aurobindo and the Mother. Integral Yoga is a holistic approach that seeks to integrate all dimensions of the human being — body, mind and spirit — into a single, transformative practice.
Unlike other modalities, Integral Yoga is not limited to the physical aspect (asanas) or the mental aspect (meditation), but works simultaneously with all human faculties, promoting complete and sustainable evolution.
-
Yoga is for everyone. Regardless of age, physical condition, beliefs or prior experience, anyone can benefit from the practice of Yoga.
We work with absolute beginners and experienced practitioners alike, adapting each class to individual needs. People with physical limitations, special health conditions or who have never exercised in their lives are most welcome.
-
In Integral Yoga, each posture (asana) is much more than a physical exercise — it is an opportunity to develop awareness, inner strength and balance in all dimensions of life.
The benefits include: reduction of stress and anxiety, improved flexibility and strength, increased concentration and mental clarity, better quality of sleep, connection with the inner self and a lasting sense of well-being.
-
Each class is a complete journey that includes:
- Pranayama — breathing techniques to energise and balance the nervous system
- Asanas — physical postures adapted to each practitioner's level
- Meditation — moments of silence and guided introspection
- Nada Yoga — the yoga of sound, with mantras and therapeutic vibrations
- Yoga Therapy — when necessary, specific techniques for particular health conditions
-
I offer individual classes and classes in small groups (maximum 4 people), ensuring personalised attention and an intimate and transformative experience.
Group classes are formed by people with similar profiles and objectives, creating an environment of mutual support and collective evolution.
-
The classes are held at the Reconnect Studio, located at:
United House, 20 Kramat Lane, Singapore
The space has been carefully prepared to provide an atmosphere of peace, welcome and presence. We also offer online classes for those who prefer to practise from the comfort of home.
-
Classes last 60 to 70 minutes, time enough for a complete practice that includes pranayama, asanas, meditation and final relaxation.
